Providing Feedback

At Two Wells Medical Centre, we value patient feedback as an essential tool for maintaining and improving the quality of our medical services. Your feedback helps us continually improve and ensures we deliver the best possible care to our patients.

We encourage you to share your thoughts, suggestions, or concerns through any of the following channels:

  • Contacting the Practice Manager: You can reach out via phone or by submitting your feedback in writing.
  • Speaking with Your Doctor: Feel free to discuss your suggestions directly with your treating physician.
  • Email: Written feedback can also be submitted via email.

How can I lodge a complaint, and how will the complaint be handled at our practice?

We take all complaints and concerns seriously. You should express any privacy concerns you may have in writing using our patient feedback form or complaints form, and submit it to the Practice Manager or Senior Receptionist. We will then attempt to resolve it in accordance with our resolution procedure and process within 30 days of lodgement.
